Where to eat in El Valle

El Valle’s cuisine combines Alpujarra tradition with produce from the subtropical orchards. Its signature dish is the remojón de naranja, along with garlic kid goat, shepherd’s migas and traditional gachas.

With the municipality’s stamp: oranges Washington Navel and Navelina, Lucio and Picual extra-virgin olive oil and orange-blossom honey from the bees that forage among the orange groves.
