{"id":361,"date":"2026-05-26T19:47:10","date_gmt":"2026-05-26T17:47:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/accesibilidad\/"},"modified":"2026-06-30T14:00:51","modified_gmt":"2026-06-30T12:00:51","slug":"accesibilidad","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/elvalle.es\/en\/accesibilidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Accessibility"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ayuntamiento de El Valle is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with <strong>Real Decreto 1112\/2018, de 7 de septiembre<\/strong>, on the accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications, which transposes into Spanish law <strong>Directiva (UE) 2016\/2102<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This accessibility statement applies to the website <strong>elvalle.es<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compliance status<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This website is <strong>partially compliant<\/strong> with the <strong>UNE-EN 301 549:2022<\/strong> (equivalent to WCAG 2.1 level AA), owing to the exceptions and the lack of compliance in the aspects indicated below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-accessible content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lack of compliance:<\/strong> some documents may <strong>PDF<\/strong> published (public notices, plenary minutes and call-for-applications terms) may not be fully tagged or structured for reading with assistive technologies (requirement 1.3.1 \u201cInfo and Relationships\u201d). Their review is under way, along with the provision of accessible alternatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Disproportionate burden:<\/strong> is not claimed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Content outside the scope of the applicable legislation:<\/strong> embedded third-party content that has not been developed by and is not under the control of the Ayuntamiento (maps from <strong>Google Maps<\/strong>, videos from <strong>YouTube<\/strong> and the <strong>Online services<\/strong> from the Diputaci\u00f3n de Granada), as well as, where applicable, office files published before 20 September 2018.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation of this statement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This statement was prepared by means of a <strong>self-assessment<\/strong> carried out with automated validation tools (<strong>axe-core 4.9<\/strong> and <strong>Google Lighthouse<\/strong>) on the main pages and templates of the site, verifying the criteria of the <strong>WCAG 2.1 level AA<\/strong> (UNE-EN 301 549). The result was <strong>0 automatic failures<\/strong> on the pages assessed, with an accessibility score of <strong>97\/100<\/strong>.
