Purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purpose of the Website is to provide citizens with information of municipal interest and to publicise the Town Hall's activity. Formal administrative procedures are carried out exclusively through the <a href=\"https:\/\/elvalle.sedipualba.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">official electronic office<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Terms of use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access to the Website is free of charge. The user undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice and good faith, refraining from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Carrying out unlawful or illegal activities, or activities contrary to good faith and public order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disseminating racist, xenophobic or pornographic content or propaganda, content glorifying terrorism, or content that infringes human rights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Causing damage to the physical and logical systems of the Town Hall, its suppliers or third parties, or introducing or spreading computer viruses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempting to access, use and\/or manipulate data belonging to the Town Hall, third-party suppliers and other users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Intellectual and industrial property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All Website content (texts, photographs, images, logos, trademarks, icons, software, source code and design) is the property of the Ayuntamiento de El Valle or of third parties who have authorised its use. The reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, of the content without express authorisation is prohibited, except for the uses permitted by <strong>Ley 37\/2007<\/strong> on the re-use of public sector information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
